Terms of Service

By using Wildkite you agree to these terms. Wildkite is a media manager that connects to your own cloud storage.

Your storage & your bill

You connect your own S3-compatible storage. Storage, egress (bandwidth) and any transcoding-related costs are yours and are billed directly by your storage provider. You are responsible for the legality of the content you store.

Access authorization

You authorize Wildkite to use the credentials you provide to access your bucket in order to scan, generate thumbnails, transcode, and stream. You can disconnect at any time to revoke this access.

Acceptable use

• Do not store or distribute content you have no right to handle.
• Do not abuse platform infrastructure (e.g. excessive transcoding). We cap transcode file size, duration and concurrency.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Wildkite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
